Inconsistent Experience

the location proves acceptable because it is near some nightlife.
My experience suffers from noise nuisance originating from a nearby hotel. Loud music persists until the early morning hours. the provided earplugs suggest this is a known, ongoing issue. THE staff's response to my complaint lacked concern.

The breakfast choice was acceptable. It had a decent variety.
The noise at night was pretty bad because of a nearby bar. The music continued very late. I struggled to sleep. the staff was pretty unhelpful when I inquired about a quieter room.

the BREAKFAST was acceptable , but nothing extraordinary.
i found the POOL deck slippery. on august 10 , 2024 , i slipped , fell , and damaged my left knee. the injury required ice packs for two days and physiotherapy. the layout of the sun loungers also makes it difficult to move around the pool area.
